Market Share Coverage allows you to identify WHERE you are doing your business - ‘You can’t manage what you can’t measure”. You decide the granularity of the chart by selecting what geography type to use (i.e. zip codes, cities, counties, MLS areas, etc.). The resulting graph displays visually the market areas your office ‘Covers’. Almost as importantly you can run the same reports for any office/offices in your MLS!
There is also custom set up that can be done to group multiple offices, competitive offices or even brands to see where they are doing their business. Both closed production and current inventory can be charted.
